Supplied and installed, not posted

Hot water systems, water filters and pump stations need a licensed installation, so we do not post or courier them. The prices shown in our shop are our published “supplied & installed from” prices.

Prices include GST. Our published prices are starting prices for a standard like-for-like replacement; the final price is confirmed after a free quote, before any work is booked.

Where we install

We are based at 1 Stanley Street, Dianella WA 6059 and service homes and businesses across the Perth metro area. We provide hot water installations, repairs, and replacements throughout Perth, but more commonly work north of the river since we’re based in Dianella.

Booking your install

When you enquire or order, tell us your suburb, postcode and preferred install date. We contact you to confirm the date. In many cases, we can provide same-day or next-day hot water system installations across Perth, depending on stock availability and your existing setup. Most installations can be completed within a few hours, although more complex upgrades or relocations may take longer.

Your old system

We can safely remove and dispose of your old hot water system as part of the replacement process.

Paperwork

In Western Australia, a licensed plumbing contractor lodges a certificate of compliance within five working days of finishing work, and owners should ask for their copy. For gas work other than servicing, the gas fitter gives the customer and the gas supplier a Notice of Completion within 48 hours.
