Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and are our published “supplied & installed from” prices. Where a system shows “On quote”, we quote for your home before any work is booked.
Prices include GST. Published prices are starting prices for a standard like-for-like replacement; the final price is confirmed after a free quote, before any work is booked.
Ordering and payment
When online payment is available, you pay through Stripe’s secure checkout; we do not see or store your card details. Until then, “Enquire to buy” sends us your request and we contact you to confirm the price and book the install.
Installation
All systems are installed by our licensed plumbers and gas fitters. See Installation & Delivery.
Returns and warranties
See Returns & Refunds. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
